Article 1 – Return Guarantee on New Products
Sinclair Vancouver offers a full return guarantee on all new, unworn, and unused products, except for promotional and sale items. Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition, including all tags and labels.
Sale items and discounted merchandise are excluded from this guarantee.
Article 2 – No Refunds on Sale Items
Items purchased during sales or promotional events are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Please verify your size and product selection carefully before completing your purchase.
Article 3 – Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items. Sinclair Vancouver does not reimburse return shipping fees and is not responsible for any additional costs incurred during the return process. For full details, refer to our Terms and Conditions.
Return shipping fees will only be covered by Sinclair Vancouver if the item is defective or incorrect.
Article 4 – Return Notification Deadline
Customers must notify Sinclair Vancouver of their intent to return a product within 30 days of receiving the item.
After this 30-day period, returns will no longer be accepted. To qualify for a refund or exchange, the product must be shipped back within this period, accompanied by proof of shipment.
Article 5 – Exchanges
Sale items cannot be exchanged, even if the size or fit is incorrect.
Customers are encouraged to check product details and sizing guides carefully before placing an order.
Article 6 – Warranty on Defective Items
Sinclair Vancouver offers a 100% warranty on all defective or damaged items. If a product exhibits manufacturing defects, customers are entitled to a replacement or a full refund, depending on their preference.

Article 7 – Return Procedure
To initiate a return, send an email to info@sinclairvancouver.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to complete the process, including the correct return address and necessary documentation.
Items returned without prior approval or outside the return period will not be accepted.
Article 8 – Return Form Requirement
All returns must include a completed return form. Returns submitted without this form cannot be processed.
Ensure that you include the form with your returned package to facilitate a timely and accurate resolution.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider, but refunds are typically completed within 10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or error by Sinclair Vancouver.
